- Where do I get my ski equipment?
You can pick up your ski equipment on arrival at the resort at your chosen shop that was specified during the booking process. Simply present the voucher that was sent to you after payment was made and voilà!
- I've made a booking but I did not pay online. Do I have to register once more?
No. You can access your account via the 'My account' button by filling in your e-mail address (the one you used to register on your first reservation) and the reference of your order, which you should have received by e-mail.
- What happens if the sizes I gave when booking my reservation are wrong?
When you pick up your equipment, the shop will help you to choose the equipment most suited to you. If you think something doesn't quite fit during your stay then you can go back to the shop to change your equipment (if there's stock still available). In this case the shop may charge you an additional fee for modification.
- I have made a booking and a payment online but have not yet received my voucher. What can I do?
Vouchers are sent by e-mail once we have received your payment. As our e-mails contain attachments, they may be considered as spam. Please check your "spam folder" to see if it has been received. If not, contact us by using the contact form with the details of your reservation. For AOL users, please add us in your address book and authorized e-mail addresses.
- What happens if I do not have my voucher on my arrival in the ski resort?
Your voucher is proof that you have made a booking through our website. No equipment can be delivered without this voucher and an ID card or passport.
- I've made a booking online and I would like to add more equipments. How can I do?
As long as the payment has not been made, you can add as many items as you wish. Simply login through 'My account' to access your quote and then you can add additional items to your baskey. If the payment has already been made, you will have to make a new booking.
