Beautiful walks await you along the flowing river leading towards teh chutes du Morel.

The village of Villargerel boasts one of the most beautiful churches in the Tarentaise.  The church of Saint Martin the purest was built in 1682 in the baroque style.

Look at our famous Tarine cows, they have the beauty of the mountain in their eyes, whlist you can apreciate the pleasure of the beauty in the pastures you can traverse on the way to Navette, a small hamlet on the sunny slopes of Aigueblanche.

From 1300m to 2550m: there are forests, soft mountain slopes, pastures and steep summit slopes.  Le Grand Domaine, between the Tarentaise and Maurienne valleys, is 3600 ha of ski area around Valmorel, Doucy Combelouvière, Celliers and Saint François Longchamp.

The 150 km of pistes are made up of 50 ski lifts, 342 snow-cannons and a snowzone with a boardercross, slope-style and Freeridezone.

Valmorel has: 5 initiation areas for begginer skiers, a true paradise for amateurs of ski tourering or off-piste, the variety of landscape will take your breath away between the fir trees and the high mountains.

The vallée de Celliers, connected to the ski-area by a cabin lift offers an authentic "mountain environment" in the wild alpine valley.

High on the list for skiing, Celliers is in the middle of many touring departures (ski, snow-shoes) most famous is the "Massif de la Lauzière".
