A climatic and mythical international ski station aptly named the 'Island of sun',  alpe d'Huez benefits from an average of 300 days of sun each year and an exceptional ski area.

You can enjoy the sunny ski days until around 7.30pm in December and unitl 11.00pm in April.

• 85 ski lifts: 6 cable cars, 9 bubble lifts, 24 chair-lifts, 40 button-lifts, 2 lifts and 4 magic carpets/rope pulleys.

• 900 snow cannons allowing us to cover 50 pistes with snow down to 1130 m, making up 75 km of tracks (32% of the skiable field).

Fun Areas
• 2 snowparks (1 beginner and 1 expert) with loads of modules and a half pipe
• 1 boardercross
• 1 night ski slope. Stage lit for night skiing (approved by FIS), open 2 nights per week
• 2 protected areas reserved for beginner skiers
