AVORIAZ - STATION PEDESTRIAN
Avoriaz is a resort entirely pedestrianised. From your arrival, the horse drawn sledges bring you to your accommodation.

All lodgings are ski in ski out: there is no public transport as it isn't needed, you don't even need to cross the road as it is a piste in its-self, your accomodation opens up on to the pistes...
It's the same for when you return your skis, you don't have to worry, you can just go directly to your accommodation or chalet.

AVORIAZ - THE WOODY RESORT
With timeless architecture, Avoriaz "la belle de bois" is integrated perfectly into the natural mountain side.
The residences and chalets are covered with red cedar from Canada, creating an insulating protection.
Inside it's all very cosy and comfortable, inspired by a very contemporary mountain.

The ski area around Avoriaz is dedicated to the pleasures of winter sports.
The altitude guarantees a permanent snow cover throughout the season with an average of 8 meters per winter.
Avoriaz is innovative and uses the natural shape of the mountain to create truly fun areas for all the family: the skiing turns to skiercross with the corners of the pistes banked high or in the low of a canyon piste.
