Peisey-Vallandry is 5 Savoyard villages that cultivate the art of alpine living on the sunny slopes of the Massif des Arcs: Landry, Peisey, Nancroix, Vallandry and Plan-Peisey.
It's a vast area made up from the resorts of Arcs/Peisey-Vallandry. Peisey-Vallandry is more than 200 kilometers of snow covered pistes to satisfy winter sports enthusiasts!
In Peisey-Vallandry, it's not just about skiing! Discover all the joy of the mountain... The "fond de vallée" nestled in the doorway to the Vanoise National park answers all the requirements for nature lovers: calm and idyllic landscapes. The ski area of Peisey-Vallandry is located on the western slope of the massif des Arcs. It is surrounded by a forest, composed of larch and spruce trees, which is very sunny but sheltered from the wind. A splendid landscape, with a panoramic view to the Hauts massifs du Mont Blanc, Beaufortain, Vanoise and the Tarentaise valley.
For ski relaxation enthusiasts, Peisey-Vallandry offers skiing nearby made up of fun pistes, it is varied and known for the quality and maintenance of the snow.
The artificial snow equipment supports the quality of the pistes, in an area already naturally quite snow-covered. A park of ultra fast ski lifts both powerful and comfortable fit well with the quality of the area.
Peisey-Vallandry connects the two Arcs and Plagne ski areas with a ski lift, the cable car "Vanoise Express".

The longest beginners piste in Europe: 7 km (Forêt sur Vallandry piste: 700 m).
