Cheap ski hire Söll
Söll is an attractive Austrian resort in the SkiWelt, littered with chalet-style buildings and featuring a huge church near the centre. Composed of 7 resorts, the SkiWelt is Austria’s biggest interconnected ski area, spanning across the mountainsides near Kitzbühel; Söll is the largest and most vibrant resort in the region and therefore the unofficial capital.
Accommodation in Söll tends to be affordable, while the après ski and nightlife really come in to their own during the peak seasons, putting it up there with some of the best resort nights out in Austria. Meanwhile, Söll has worked hard over recent years to improve facilities, also reducing the cost of a six-day child’s lift pass dramatically to encourage more families to the resort. The result is an affordable stay in a well-rounded and exciting resort.
Similar to other parts of the SkiWelt area, Söll is predominantly composed of cruising terrain and gentle slopes, perfect for beginners and intermediates. With 250km of accessible pistes there is something for everyone, from spacious, uncrowded nursery slopes, to the challenging black piste from Hohe Salve. Lower level intermediates will find themselves most at home here, with a large number of blue and red runs and some slightly more challenging pistes further towards Westendorf. Söll is also a great place to try out boarding: slopes are gentle, there are plenty of gondolas and chairs, and it has its own terrain park.
Whether it be skis, snowboards, boots, or helmets, SkiDiscount will get you the best deal around on you equipment hire in Söll.
