Ski hire - The Pyrenees

Along 420 km, the mountain chain of the Pyrenees is located in south-west Europe and separates France and Spain. The Principality of Andorra is perched in the heart of the Pyrenees. The highest summit in the Pyrenees is the Aneto peak which rises to 3,404 m.
The mountain range of the Pyrenees offers amazing and wild panoramas with a more preserved flora and fauna than those in the mountain range of the Alps. The skiing there is less developed than in the Alps; the Pyrenees only has about fifty ski resorts. These mountains are also known for their hot springs. The Pyrenees are ideal to combine an active ski holiday with relaxation time at the end of the day.
The biggest ski area in the French Pyrenees is the ski area of the Tourmalet with over 100 km of ski slopes. The Principality of Andorra also offers very beautiful ski areas: Vallnord and Grandvalira.
The Pyrenees are perfect for free riders and those who enjoy ski touring. The Pic du Midi provides an exceptional descent.
